Hi, I’m Tariq Alinur! A Brit by birth, American by choice, and an Expat that has lived across the globe. Experience

As the initiator of FirstRing, the first business process outsourcing (BPO) company in India, I have been at the forefront of the outsourcing industry. In my role as CEO and Country Manager for JP Morgan Chase in the Philippines, I was responsible for the creation of the company’s first Shared Services Center of Excellence, which now boasts a workforce of over 25,000 full-time employees. My experience further includes orchestrating Apple’s technical support outsourcing operations across multiple regions including the US, Brazil, China, the Philippines, France, and Malaysia, as well as managing the merger and integration of Cable & Wireless and Flow’s contact centers in the Caribbean.

In my tenure at Spirit Airlines, I led a transformative overhaul of the Reservation, Sales, and Guest Satisfaction departments by implementing a champion challenger model in various international markets and introducing the first SMS and WhatsApp customer support channels in the airline industry.

Drawing on these comprehensive experiences, I founded BCX with a vision to arm leading global brands with a multilingual, expert, and vibrant workforce. BCX strategically directs standard inquiries to cost-effective digital messaging services, while complex issues receive personalized attention through advanced video chat and voice support. Our strategy focuses on optimizing customer interactions in their preferred channels, ensuring high efficiency and lower operating costs.

TechnologIES

Technology has evolved and enabled customers to leverage their smartphones, internet, and apps to purchase, complete a transaction, or resolve a service issue. I am currently working on building the next generation Digital Customer Engagement Platform that will transform the Customer and Agent Experience because brands are no longer built on just marketing but through experiences.
